Welcome to European Village. This community is conveniently located near the Hammock bridge & you can arrive at the beaches of Palm Coast in approximately 5 minutes. There are many excellent shops & restaurants located here! Across Palm Harbor Parkway you will find a walking/biking trail along the intracoastal. The condo is mostly furnished with one bedroom & one full bathroom. There are dual vanities & a walk in shower in the bathroom. No tub. The kitchenette does not have a range. You can use a microwave, toaster oven or hotplate for cooking. The washer/dryer are located in the closet outside of the unit & are shared with adjoining tenant. There is assigned parking space #35 under the building which is included with the rent. Additional parking for guests is available in the public parking lot. Water, garbage, cable, wifi & electric are included as well. The building does have an elevator for easy access to this 3rd floor unit. Palm Coast is located 30 minutes South of St Augustine & 30 minutes North of Daytona Beach. Jacksonville is a 1 hour drive & Disney is approximately 90 minutes away. This is Florida living at its best. NO pets are allowed for tenants per the association.
