This home has French doors from both bedrooms going out back to your own private backyard with a fishpond and waterfall, other condos in this complex you have to walk from the front or side. This is a corner lot with its own driveway and carport, many of the units at Polynesian gardens dont have a driveway or a carport. Because this was one of the show units when this complex was built the unit sits 25 feet ahead of the other units next to it, which means when you look out from any side you can see palm trees down the street, other units you can see a brick wall from the unit next door.
